As a licensed FAA Part 107 pilot, our drone operators must follow state, federal, and local laws when performing all flights.
These can include, but are not limited to:
- Weather restrictions such as wind, precipitation, and visibility restrictions
- Avoiding unnecessary dangers while flying, such as avoiding obstacles
- Observing any TFR's (Temporary Flight Restrictions) that may be in effect for the area
- Observing any restricted airspace requirements, such as proximity to airports
Unfortunately, there are circumstances that may be beyond our control. If we are unable to perform a service, we will offer the following options:
- A rescheduled service date
- A full refund with cancellation of service
- A discount on additional services on a case by case basis
